Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (M-F). 

Deliveries may occur on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, we will communicate through email regarding any shipping delays. 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, and another email containing tracking information when your order is shipped.

  

Damages

Elanen Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
