Numerous studies highlight hibiscus tea’s ability to modestly but significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure. In one randomized, placebo-controlled trial, pre- and mildly hypertensive adults drank three 240 mL servings of hibiscus tea daily for six weeks.
